The Purpose of the Neligh Library Foundation is to solicit and receive gifts, bequests, grants, and devises of property of any kind, whether real or personal and wherever situated, for the use and benefit of the Neligh Public Library.
The Neligh Library Foundation directs its resources to capitol improvements, landscaping and grounds maintenance, hardware purchases, and other improvements to the library that are not considered generally operational.
