Antelope County Health Care Foundation

 

Antelope County Health Care Foundation has been in existence for more than 17 years.  It is a non-profit organizational entity created exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

 

Specifically, the Corporation is organized:

v     To develop, maintain and improve the health care services and resources in Neligh Nebraska, and the surrounding service area, in support of the health care mission of Antelope Memorial Hospital.

v     To solicit and receive contributions, gifts, grants and bequests from individuals, foundations and/or associations.

v     To maintain, invest and manage the whole or any part of the income and the principal of the Corporation.

 

Board of Directors

v     There shall be a maximum of fifteen (15) Directors, each serving three year terms.

v      All Directors serve as volunteers on this board.  No Director shall receive any salary or compensation for his/her services as a Director.

v     Directors are selected from the area.

v     Directors’ meetings are held four times a year.
